Most of our products are held in stock and are available for same day despatch.
However, if a product is temporarily out of stock we will let you know as soon as possible.
Your order will be despatched from the United Kingdom.
Oversea Customer please note that your order may be subject to import duty and note we cannot be held responsible for any import taxes or fees incurred on your order.
Alloy Wheel and tyre deliveries are made using paisleyfreight.com or buyer courier (click pick up) please see the link alloy wheel and tyre delivery cost
For other goods, we will use UK couriers which are express service
Delivery to GB mainland addresses usually takes place within 1 to 3 working days (excl. Sundays & Bank Holidays).
This may vary depending on availability, payment method, location and other factors beyond our control. For bank holidays, please allow an extra day
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours and our delivery service partners provide online parcel tracking facilities

The maximum weight for any parcel we can dispatch is 31kg / parcel
Orders weighing over 31kg will be dispatched in 2 or more parcels (depending on weight).
Based on the value and weight of your order, a service charge of £2.99 per additional parcel will be applied. ( Northern Ireland: a service charge of £5.99 per additional parcel)
This fee will be visible before checkout.
This service charge applies to deliveries to postcodes in Great Britain only. Different parcel charges will apply for orders to Northern Ireland & international orders.
A small minority of postcodes, including the Highlands, UK Islands, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland, do not qualify for free shipping. The exact cost of delivery is determined by your postcode. This can be checked using the tool at the bottom of this page and will also be visible before checkout
Bulky goods:
Orders that include bulky items are subject to special shipping terms and customers are advised that they may take longer to arrive than the estimated delivery times above and may arrive separately. These goods are only dispatched with special delivery service providers and are therefore not available in all countries, and you may not have a choice of the delivery service provider. This information is included in the product description.
International Shipping Costs:
We offers international shipping to the countries listed in the table at the bottom of this page at the stated shipping rates for orders weighing up to 31kg. We can deliver to military & BFPO addresses, but please be advised that all customer address and contact details must be entered correctly. Orders to these addresses may take longer than advertised.
Please note: If our couriers are unable to deliver your order directly to your address, they will attempt to deliver to a neighbour to accept the order on your behalf. If you do not want our couriers to deliver to a neighbour, please let us know before the order is despatched so that we can advise the couriers to simply return the order to us if you are unable to take delivery of the order yourself. If you fail to contact us before the order is despatched then you agree to us delivering the order to a neighbour if you are unable to accept the delivery.
If any parcel is returned to us because of failure to deliver (except where the fault is clearly ours or the carriers), we will make a charge equal to the cost of the original postage which will need to be paid before we can resend the parcel to you again. In any instance where it’s our/our carriers fault that the order hasn’t been delivered, then we will resend the parcel free of charge.
